Measuring Low Resistance (2 NETA CTDs)
The purpose of this course is to help students understand the rationale behind low-resistance testing. We will answer questions like …
Why is low resistance measured?
What type of apparatus requires low-resistance tests?
How are these tests performed?
Students will learn how low resistance is measured and will be able to identify the proper test set to perform the task for any given application. We will discuss how to interpret and use the results obtained during tests, understand potential sources of errors, and how to correct our reading. Safety precautions and procedures will be outlined and discussed.
